Dr. Sreelesh P H is a dedicated and academically accomplished Consultant Gastroenterologist with distinction throughout his medical training, having secured first-attempt success in both his MD and DM entrances. He brings strong clinical acumen in gastroenterology, along with extensive hands-on experience in procedural skills including endoscopy, colonoscopy, and advanced therapeutic interventions.

His expertise spans the full range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures — including OGD, colonoscopy, sclerotherapy, EVL, Savary-Gilliard and pneumatic balloon dilatation, cold snare polypectomy, and SEMS insertion — along with motility studies such as high-resolution esophageal manometry and anorectal manometry. His clinical focus areas include general gastroenterology and hepatology, emergency GI care, and endoscopic diagnosis and therapy.

Dr. Sreelesh was recognized as First Runner-Up with the Torrent Young Scholar Award (TYSA) in Gastroenterology in 2024, and has been a top performer throughout his academic journey — including gold medals in both Pathology and General Medicine during his MBBS, and a top rank in MD General Medicine.
